World Class Seminary Training Admission Process

At  the Hagar's School of Ministry (HSM) we are passionate about delivering world class seminary training programs to ministers and church lay officers around the world. Our programs are largely delivered by distance education, with the option of on campus immersion. With us, you will learn to grow your faith in God by increasing your biblical knowledge, ministerial skills, leadership skills and more.    Ready?

Admissions

Prospective HSM seminary students are:
  • Male or Female.
  • Age 18 or older.* 
  • Graduate of the Hagar’s School of Mediumship and Psychology.*
  • Adept Course complete.*
  • In good standing with all requirements of the Universal Hagar’s Spiritual Churches Association as stated in the UHSCA Constitution and By-laws.*
  • Of good reputation.
  • Able to provide three (3) formal letters of recommendation from reputable persons (i.e., clergy official, pastor, instructor, State Prince/cess).

Enrollment Process

Eligible candidates must apply to the Hagar’s School of Ministry and receive formal acceptance to the school to attend the program. Upon acceptance the candidate will receive an information packet with instructions for official registration.
 Accepted candidates must officially register for the program and pay tuition and/or other fees as indicated by the stated deadline.

Course Auditing Requirements

Candidates that meet eligibility requirements and sufficient ministerial experience (>5 years) may after the Faculty Review Process audit select courses of the program with the approval of the Dean. An auditing student must officially register for the course and pay the same tuition/other fees charged for regular enrollment. The auditing student may not be required to complete all assigned coursework or take examinations and is therefore not eligible to be awarded a letter grade beyond Pass or Fail for the course.  Students that successfully complete a course will receive an Official Certificate of Completion for the specific course. 

Tuition/Fee Schedule

Hagar’s School of Ministry credit hour fee schedule is subject to change. Students are advised of the current fee schedule at time of registration. 
Information concerning tuition/other fees must be obtained from the Registrar.

Faculty Review Process

The Faculty Review Process (FRP) provides students an opportunity to discuss audit eligibility and is required prior to audit selection of any course in the program.
